SSI Try Scuba Diving
The SSI Try Scuba Program, our Try Dive, is the perfect entry into the world of Scuba Diving for everyone without experience or scuba diving license. While ideal for everyone who wants to give suba diving a try, it is perfect to build on continuing with the SSI Scuba Diver or SSI Open Water Diver.
During our 2 to 3 hour Try Scuba Program you are going to learn the basic principals of scuba diving, how to handle the equipment, and obviously are going to take your first breaths underwater. Thanks to small groups with maximum 4 participants, depth limits of 5m, a protected dive site, and one of our certified multilingual SSI Professionals this program unites fun, adventure and safety.

What are the requirements to join the Try Scuba Diving Program?
To join the SSI Try Scuba Diving Program, you need to meet the following requirements:
1. Be 12 years or older.
2. Be a safe swimmer.
3. Complete the Medical Questionaire (answering all questions with “No”) or present Medical certificate proving your physical ability to scuba dive.
4. With booking a activity you accept our General Terms and Conditions.
How much time do I have to plan for the Try Scuba Diving Program?
The SSI Try Scuba Diving Program takes about 2-3 hours in total (from arrival at our shop till you leave). The dive itself is planned to last between 40 and 60 minutes depending on the group’s air consumption.
If you are interested in doing two dives, the Basic Diver might be of interest for you.
Is it possible to the Try Scuba Diving Program without scuba diving experience?
Of course, that’s exactly what the Try Scuba Diving is designed for.
Are there activities for my non-diving family?
Your non-diving family can join our Snorkeling Trip by boat, or rent some snorkel equipment and go snorkeling on their own from shore (the same spot, you are going to realize the Try Scuba Diving Program).
